Individual Coaching

Today’s healthcare professional must be participatory and flexible yet also powerful enough to inspire others. No formula is available that can teach the ideal leadership style, since what works for some people doesn’t work for others.  I base my coaching program on the foundational principles of Energy Leadership™ and CORe Dynamics™  coaching. My process challenges and supports you as you increase your self-awareness and develop your own personally effective style. This positively influences and changes the way your lead your life as well as how your interact with others.

A value-add for my clients is the use of my client portal. This portal provides my clients with secure access to assessments, relevant documents and materials, worksheets, and a private journal. These tools are used to reinforce learnings and insights resulting from our working together. After each session, I provide my clients with a session summary including a recap of agreed upon actions developed during our coaching session. This keeps my clients focused and moving forward on their journey of self-discovery and performance excellence.

Team Coaching

Team dynamics play an important role in the success of projects and strongly impact employee engagement and results. In the healthcare delivery world, employee satisfaction leads to patient satisfaction and engagement. I use various assessment tools, targeted one on one coaching, and team coaching to encourage collaboration and build team relationships. I believe well-functioning teams begin with understanding the challenges healthcare professionals face as well as understanding one’s values and approach to leading through those challenges.

Self-discovery is the catalyst for change and action! I use several different assessment tools in my coaching practice. Here is some information about these tools

Energy Leadership™

The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) assessment is ranked #3 in the Forbes Coaching Council ‘s “11 Assessments Every Executive Should Take” article, see information and link below:

The Energy Leadership Index Assessment provides a unique lens on self-awareness and emotional intelligence, two key ingredients for anyone to understand. Situational awareness of yourself and others is critical and drives results. Understanding where you are at any moment and how you respond to stress can make all the difference in your success and satisfaction.

The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool created by the Institute for Performance Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible—a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.

You’ve probably taken personality tests, like Myers Briggs, DiSC, and Enneagram, but this is different. And transformational.

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. This means that you learn to make change happen in real-time when you encounter a moment of self-doubt, fear, or frustration.

With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, you have the opportunity to reshape your attitudes and worldview and transform your life into the one you envision.

See what my clients say about the power of the ELI.

In some situations, my clients would like to take a deep dive into their aptitude as well as their attitude. The nSight Success assessment measures both. It is an evidence-based, fully-validated instrument that offers a holistic and well-rounded picture of an individual, and is ideally suited to sophisticated professional development and talent selection needs.

I use it for:

  • Executive Coaching
  • Talent Selection
  • Organizational Development
  • Team Building

The NSight Success was developed over 30 years ago collaboratively by Executive Coach Penny Reynolds and Clinical Psychologist Dr. Stephen Overcash.
