Team dynamics play an important role in the success of projects and strongly impact employee engagement and results. In the healthcare delivery world, employee satisfaction leads to patient satisfaction and engagement. My team coaching program, “Resilient Workplaces: 3 Vital Questions ® (3VQ) to Inspire and Transform Teams” is based on the work of David Emerald. As a certified 3VQ trainer, I designed this workshop to move teams forward by transforming workplace drama and promoting an outcome orientation in the organization’s culture. While organizations have clear definitions of the services they offer, and a clear design of systems, processes and structures to support their mission, often they do not have clarity around a 3rd dimension, which is the ability for the organization to drive how it thinks, how its people interact, and how its people take action. This workshop encourages teams and organizations to meaningfully improve awareness, relationships and actions.
