Individual Coaching

Today’s healthcare professional must be participatory and flexible yet also powerful enough to inspire others. No formula is available that can teach the ideal leadership style, since what works for some people doesn’t work for others.  I base my coaching program on the foundational principles of Energy Leadership™ and CORe Dynamics™  coaching. My process challenges and supports you as you increase your self-awareness and develop your own personally effective style. This positively influences and changes the way your lead your life as well as how your interact with others.

A value-add for my clients is the use of my client portal. This portal provides my clients with secure access to assessments, relevant documents and materials, worksheets, and a private journal. These tools are used to reinforce learnings and insights resulting from our working together. After each session, I provide my clients with a session summary including a recap of agreed upon actions developed during our coaching session. This keeps my clients focused and moving forward on their journey of self-discovery and performance excellence.

Team Coaching

Team dynamics play an important role in the success of projects and strongly impact employee engagement and results. In the healthcare delivery world, employee satisfaction leads to patient satisfaction and engagement.  My team coaching program, Resilient Workplaces: 3 Vital Questions ® (3VQ) to Inspire and Transform Teams” is based on the work of David Emerald.  As a certified 3VQ trainer, I designed this workshop to move teams forward by transforming workplace drama and promoting an outcome orientation in the organization’s culture. While organizations have clear definitions of the services they offer, and a clear design of systems, processes and structures to support their mission, often they do not have clarity around a 3rd dimension, which is the ability for the organization to drive how it thinks, how its people interact, and how its people take action.  This workshop encourages teams and organizations to meaningfully improve awareness, relationships and actions.

As a certified EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 coach, I use these emotional intelligence assessments with my individual and team coaching clients. My program includes an assessment debrief that provides valuable insights for my clients and serves as a basis for our coaching journey.
